Digital Services
Our web-related business dates back to the company’s founding. Starting with hand-coded HTML/CSS websites, we later adopted WordPress as a CMS (Content Management System), building a framework capable of managing mid- to large-scale sites with flexibility and ease.
To further explore the potential of WordPress, we launched in-house web services such as a job listing site and a press release site. Through operating these services, we developed the functionality we needed as WordPress plugins, which we later released as standalone products—both paid and free.
Going forward, we will continue to develop and release highly practical digital products in areas where our own needs and technical seeds converge.

A key area of focus is AI hybrid search—a system that combines the faceted search capabilities (keyword + metadata filtering) refined through the development of our flagship WordPress plugin “FE Advanced Search” with AI-driven natural language search. By complementing AI’s inherent ambiguity with structured filtering, this approach delivers a highly practical search experience, and we are devoting significant development resources to it.

E-commerce
Our e-commerce business operates with a revenue structure, collection cycle, and workflow distinct from Digital Services. While securing an additional income stream, it also serves as a source of hands-on experience in a different field—fueling fresh ideas and uncovering new challenges for our software development.
In our overseas e-commerce operations, the continued weakness of the yen in recent years has provided a tailwind, enabling strong profit margins. By leveraging the sourcing channels and expertise built through our international business for our domestic e-commerce operations, we are diversifying our revenue streams and mitigating risk.

Crowdsourcing
“anyjob” was established with the support of our local municipality and a major crowdsourcing company, with the aim of promoting diverse work styles and making better use of regional public facilities. We form teams of individuals for whom working outside the home is difficult due to childcare, nursing care, or other circumstances, and they carry out municipality-commissioned tasks remotely.
About once a week, team members gather at a local coworking space to strengthen team cohesion through collaborative work sessions, study groups, and lunch meetings.
