Customers in Japan

• Bank Transfer: Available for certain products via domestic (Japan) bank transfer.

Customers outside Japan

• Credit Card / Other Payment Methods (Stripe): Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, and other major credit cards, as well as other payment methods supported by Stripe.

Payment Timing

• Stripe: Payment is processed at the time of order. The order is confirmed immediately after successful payment.
• Bank Transfer: Bank account details will be provided by email after you place an order. Please make the payment within 7 days. The order is confirmed after we verify the payment.

Delivery / Provision of Digital Content

• Stripe: After the payment is completed, we will send an email with the download URL immediately (or display it on-screen).
• Bank Transfer: After we confirm payment, we will send an email with the download URL, typically within 24 hours. If weekends or holidays apply, delivery may be on the next business day.
