Customers in Japan

  • Credit Card (Stripe): Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, etc.
  • Bank Transfer (Japan only): Available upon request.

Customers outside Japan

  • Credit Card and other supported methods (Paddle): Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, and other payment methods supported by Paddle.
    Note: Depending on your region and Paddle’s availability, additional methods such as Apple Pay or PayPal may be offered on the checkout page.

Payment Timing

  • Stripe (Credit Card): Payment is processed at the time of order. The order is confirmed immediately after successful payment.
  • Paddle: Payment is processed at the time of order. The order is confirmed immediately after successful payment.
  • Bank Transfer: Bank account details will be provided by email after you place an order. Please make the payment within 7 days. The order is confirmed after we verify the payment.

Delivery / Provision of Digital Content

  • Stripe: After the payment is completed, we will provide the download link immediately (by email and/or on-screen).
  • Paddle: After the payment is completed, Paddle will provide the download link immediately (by email and/or on-screen).
  • Bank Transfer: After we confirm payment, we will send the download link within 24 hours. If weekends/holidays apply, delivery may be on the next business day.
