How to request a refund

If your purchase was processed by Paddle (our authorized reseller), please submit your refund request directly through Paddle’s buyer support at https://paddle.net. Refunds for Paddle transactions are subject to Paddle’s Refund Policy.

For all other purchases, you may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase by contacting us with your order details from the mail form. Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund requests made after 14 days from the date of purchase will generally not be accepted.
